I say each time, because before beating Stella you can infinitely keep playing all other Seedway Track 1 game modes until you’ve fully upgraded your soapbox kart! 😀 How To Do It: When you start the game at the Seedway Track 1, simply do not beat Stella 3 times in her Champion Chase mode.
